Coaches
Our staff is comprised of former standout college lacrosse players who excelled in key areas in their lacrosse positions. The coaching staff at NJLT is selected for their experience, Lacrosse IQ, personality, and their ability to pass that knowledge onto the student athletes of today. Players who train with NJLT often develop a strong relationship with their coaches and we ensure our staff is selected for their ability to be positive role models for those athletes.

Additional Staff:
Additional staff will be used for larger camps and clinics that will have similarly experienced staff as our list of directors. Exposing players to the highest caliber coaching staff is the primary drive behind the strength of NJLT events. We keep our campers to coaching staff ratio to atleast 8:1 or better.
