As the sport of lacrosse continues to grow we are always looking forward to bringing new coaches on staff only if they fit our profile of an excellent coach.
We are looking for college graduates and current outstanding college student athletes who can have a positive impact on the next generation of lacrosse players. Our goal is to make sure the athletes lesson is not only a positive lacrosse experience but also important to point them in the right direction as a young student athlete.
Candidates for employment with NJ Lacrosse Training should possess the following skills and characteristics:
- Positive work ethic
- Distinguished Lacrosse Career
- Experience Coaching Youth and High School Lacrosse
- Role Model to the young student athletes
- College Graduate or Current College athlete excelling in the classroom and on the field
- Must Be Organized and punctual
- Be Prepared to provide references

Current Openings:
As NJLT continues to grow and expand through New Jersey we are looking for coaches from each region to expand our reach for private lacrosse training. Boys and girls lacrosse coaches are encouraged to reach out to our director and inquire about current regions we are staffing for.
NJLT is currently looking for certified athletic trainers who are available for summer camps and seasonal clinics.
